Well... it's 'pre-season' training time, folks! 💪

Sign up your athlete up for one of our pre-season conditioning classes:
▶️ Class for Ages 8-12
▶️ Class for 19U/Girls High School

Both classes begin the week of September 19th, meet 2️⃣ times per

1️⃣ Stand up and put your feet together.
2️⃣ Lean as far forward as you can.
3️⃣ Work to keep your legs as straight as you can - you can opt for a soft bend in your knees as well.

#StretchItSaturday - CHEST OPENER

🤸&zwj;♂️ How to:
1️⃣ Lay with your stomach on the floor.
2️⃣ Put your arms out to the side like a "T."
3️⃣ Put one hand under your armpit and push your chest up.
4️⃣ Hold 30-60 seconds + DO EACH SIDE.

1️⃣ Put feet under your hips and sit down low! Keep your heels on the ground.
